Could I request a restored Holy Roman Empire flag? Perhaps with a bit of a federal theme, as in an actual union, about the size of the Frankish empire. Sorry for that being very specific.

It's for a purpose. Austria has the gains:
South Tyrol and Venice from Italy
Munich and the surrounding area from Germany (not an exclave)
Parts of Czechia including Sudetenland
Parts of Hungary
All of Slovenia
The Croatian land bordering the Adriatic
And Bosnian Croats land of ethicinity

You want any physical features, subnational divisions, etc.

And how much of Bavaria are we talking here? And yeah, how many "parts" for all the rest (Czechia but no Moravia? the Alfold but not Transylvania?)

Okay - I'll try to get started on it after the weekend.
One small point about your TL, not the flag - 'Soviet' is a Russian word for 'council' so it wouldn't make much sense to have a British Soviet Union - maybe try something like 'People's Republic of Britain' or 'British Workers Republic'? Unless you have a particular reason for this, of course, in which case ignore my pedantry!

by "medieval styled banner", do you mean a particular shape like a long streamer or a hanging banner ?

Preferably a long streamer. It's supposed to be used as a flag for the kingdom and also be carried by the cavalry units
