Hi! I'm Relatively New to this thread and have been impressed by the Work you have been doing!
Are there any rules to requesting Maps, flags, coat of arms ect?

There are some members who specialise in maps (not me!), others in flags, heraldry, etc. If you make a request (like the one you've made above) don't be surprised if you get asked for more details - sometimes what's obvious to you isn't obvious to others, just because they're less familiar with the setting which you have in your head. Don't be offended if someone picks holes in that setting - again, it's usually to try to understand it better.
So just to clear for someone who might take up your request: you want a map of europe with different country names or were you looking for a description of the timeline that lead to it ?
I have no idea, I was just fulfilling a request for an alien occupied earth, though if I had to guess....... maybe the Aliens did that along with other things to discourage further rebellion.
I am sorry to ask again but I would like to know if someone is already dealing with my request or if it is too complicated what I am asking for. If no one can help me it's not serious, I'll try to manage.View attachment 524364

Are you looking for direct analogies (e.g. France as Syria), or a more general idea of Arab Spring style uprisings across Europe?

Also, what is the uprising about ? the Arab Spring was about getting rid of autocratic regimes. Europe only has a few of them.
The challenge here is mainly getting weak autocracies to exist in Europe. They don't have to be direct analogues to OTL countries, the idea of autocracies being in a state of collapse in Europe just has to be there. And yes, there can be stable, authoritarian if need be, regimes too. Not all of Europe has to go up in flames. Of course, the Balkans being the Balkans, would likely be where the fighting begins.
Correct me if I'm wrong but It kind of sound like you want a fairly complex timeline to be developed by the mapmaker itself rather than requesting a map for a timeline you're writing. You haven't broken any rules or anything but I just wanted to be clear as most request in this thread tend to be for the posters' own timelines.

Thank you very much for the thread but unfortunately the map I'm asking for (worlda) is not in the same format as the maps in the thread (qbam).
Do you know how I could superimpose the boundaries of the Worlda 2020 on the map I quoted in my first comment with a higher sea level?
