Probably not what you're looking for (I accidentally scoured the era of Map Thread IV instead of Flag Thread IV), but Transparent Blue attached a "communist New Zealand" flag to this post.

for the first, maybe a red-yellow-blue triband with the combined arms of of the 3 provinces.
for the second, the ANC flag by itself or defaced with some national symbol
It didn’t resemble Belarus, but it was an oceanic dictatorship similar to current day belarus. It used the United tribes in the canton I believe but had tweaks
Why red yellow and blue? As for the second one i do agree and what national symbol would fit this nationalistic and maybe communist rump south africa?

maybe something derived from the ANC logo itself: crossed scythe & spear surrounded by a cogwheel.
I know I'm a bit late but here are a few I made
A Cascadian flag with an Austrian and a Habsburg flag in the canton (I was unsure what time period you wanted).
Flags in the style of the old German empire's colonial flag (that being the reichsadler on the imperial tricolor). Again the top has the modern Austrian eagle and the bottom has the Habsburg eagle.
Finally, a flag the same as the last one but with the Californian bear instead of the eagle. This might be used to differentiate it from other Austrian colonies perhaps? I also just think it looks better.
Well in that case can someone make a coat of arms for my cape republic using these image
But replace the zebra with a swordfish and the bontebok with a springbok and the image on the central shield be replaced with the bottom image (and also the word nautical with CAPE ) also if neccesary the anchor and wreath should be recoloured if the colours doesnt match with the rest of the image and also if can the crown can be replaced with either something african or a sailor cap. Sorry if its too complicated.

I'm wondering about an early arms for Ireland.
The premise being Margaret the Maid is male or has a brother and thus becomes King of Scotland & Norway. King Edward as part of his attempt to be overlord of Britain therefore gains a Crown for Ireland since no way would he accept a vassal with more crowns than him.
So, would he create new arms for Ireland? And if so what would he go for?
The golden harp on blue?
The 3 crowns on blue?
The throne on blue?
Some variation of the above? Or something completely different?

A flag of the Empire of Brazil but without the crown and the sphere.
Instead of the red and white cross, this symbol in red and white, but with a shovel instead of the sword.
Instead of white stars in a blue circle , a circle of hands holding each other.

I take your region is very known for its wine ? I have taste SA wine only once and it was relatively cheap (20 euros, I would have thought it was more expensive)
Indeed in fact its one of the cape republic main export after stuff like mining (particurally gold,coal and diamond though not as much as botswana),fishing and farming
If possible, could anyone design three flags and a Coat of Arms
Federal Republic of Germany Flag : 15 horizontal stripes with stripes 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 black and stripes 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 red, a gold canton, and a a white eagle in it.
Empire of the German People Flag : A Diamond Flag with Black for the first set of colored corners across from the other, the other pair being in red, a White Diamond and two golden Labrys crossing each other
United States of Fasach Flag : Six horizontal Stripes, with stripes 1 and 4 being orange, stripes 2 and 5 being black, and stripes 3 and 6 being green and a white canton with a Cactus on the Left, a King Protea on the right, and a four leaf clover in the middle of the two
House Hertzfeld Coat of Arms : A Jaguar Head roaring angrily with two swords under it and the phrase 'Befeier, Eroberer, Kaiser' in a banner above it.
Feel free to take your time and do all four of these at your own pace and do whichever you think is easier first. If any seem too complicated, please tell me and I'll modify it to be easier on ya'll. Have a pleasant day!
