Do any of you have any ideas on how things might have been different if Bragg replaced Johnston instead of Hood in July 1864? Or if Hood was replaced with Bragg after Atlanta was lost? I'm asking because I am trying to work out some PODs for a TL I want to do.

Badly. The AoT will react very, very poorly.

Mutiny? Wouldn't be the least likely possibility.

Really? And hear I thought things would go at least a little better for the AoT, but I only thought that b/c of the upper posts on Bragg's bigger accomplishments. I was wondering if it was possible for him to try something like that agian so late into the war. Slim change I know but I was wondering if any of you thought he had the ability to pull things together out of that situation.

I'll put it this way. Even if he technically has the ability, the officer corps largely hates his guts.

And they will fight like devils to get rid of him.
