Questions about Chinese Civil War

What would happen in Chinese Civil War if there is no "2nd sino-japanese war"?
No united front of course, but who will win the war and when?
Did the Soviet or the Allied(or USA) will support a belligerent or intervene directly?
The Chiang regime was known for is corruption, did there any good alternate leader too overthrow him and better lead the KMT (Chen Cheng mayby)?
What would happen to Sinkiang and Tibet?
 
1.The Communists lose. Mao himself admitted that after the Long March they were on their last legs, and Chiang was preparing to take them out when the war started.

2.The Soviets were actually fans of Chiang for the longest time and the US is isolationist.

3. Chiang will continue to lead. He really was the only one who could manage all of the warlords.

4. Tibet will become part of China, and Sinkiang will flip towards the Nationalists after Operation Barbarossa, just like OTL.
 
More interesting question: What about Manchuria and Taiwan? Would Chiang set his mind onto it hoping for help against Japan from anywhere(USSR, Commonwealth, US)?
