Questions About an Amendment Addressing Religion

I'd like to come up with a Constitutional Amendment that addresses religion. I want to make the separation of church and state explicitly clear. I've put what I've come up with below, and would appreciate any feedback and/or additions that could be made.
  • Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof
  • No activity of the federal government or the states shall require a person to swear an oath, including those of a religious nature, in any capacity
  • Federal and state governments shall not give funding of any sort to religious institutions

The precise wording of Article 6 suggests that the second point is covered without an amendment.

U.S. Constitution said:
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the
several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of
the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or
Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be
required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United
States.

Point I is easy to introduce since it's there IOTL. If you want to add in a more explicit phrasing for 2 and 3, the only possible POD I can think of is the South becoming a quasi-theocracy for some reason and these articles being introduced during Reconstruction. Before that, religious life is too deeply intertwined with the public sphere for it to pass, and much further after that the USA's just too big and a lot of the amendment has already happened iin the courts de facto.

I see. Thanks for the reply.
I like how the quote is "U.S. Constitution said" - I didn't know the Constitution posted here! ;-)

The third point seems easy enough to pass—it’s basically the Blaine Amendment made slightly broader. So the whole amendment just seems like a merger of the OTL First and Blaine Amendments.
