Who was or were the "military experts" or "advisors" in military things for Hitler and the NSDAP (beside Ernst Röhm) ?
Hitler and the NSDAP "sported" a range of "advisors" on a lot of themes, like culture, press, economy, foreign policy, antisemitic ideology.
They were party part of Hitlers "personal entourage" as well as of the party apparatus as "Reichsleiter" and in several other party functions as well after the party-reforms of Gregor Strasser.
I know for sure, that in the field of economics there was a quite wide "range" of advisors, who tried to formulate a "party policy" on that matter.
Hitler Sported competing positions and peoples for better controlling them (divide et impera) as well as keeping his subordinates "busy" with their infigghting for his approval.
Strasser sported a similar system in trying to evalute the best suitable economical program for the party, which resulted in the economical program of summer 1932. Thereby his "co-workers" (i.e. Hierl) worked and c"communicated" with many economical "schools" like i.e. the followers of
Silvio Gesell and other "unusual" schools. They even sat with unionists and SPD economists together.
However, I wonder, if there were similar "advisors" and "theorists" in the military field, trying to formulate a NSDAP-policy on military affairs : structures, armament, rearmament, strategy and tactics, etc. ?
