About a quarter of the french population could vote (adult males) and there was a turnout of 83,3% (7 million and then some) at the 1848 legislatives. It does help that they were over two days. The socialists got 9% of the seats (80 of 880), the legitimists got 23% of the seats (200 out of 880), the moderate republicans got 68% of the seats (600 out of 880), but I lack exact numbers for the actual voting results.
However, in the 1849 elections, the royalists were now united as one faction, and won 53% of the vote and 450 of the seats, against 11% for the moderate republicans (75 seats) and 25% for the new Montagnard party (socialists, 180 seats). I have no idea what the turnout was.
