Queen Mary II: No William

William III and Mary II became joint King and Queen of England February 13, 1689.
Suppose William III dies June 15, 1689.
Will Mary II's reign be as successful without her husband?

King James II is still active in Ireland at this point. Without William as a commander and Dutch troops, there is a significant chance that James could keep control over Ireland. This would certainly give impetus to the Jacobite movement in Scotland and England.
