How about a Hohenzollern-Sigmarinen, if they've got a suitable princeling available at the time?

If we have a butterfly net around that period, it would be interesting when Isabella II gets overthrown in 1868. Juan Prim's man is now the king of Belgium, and if he gets elected King of Spain, we have the Spanish Netherlands again.

That makes me think. Is it actually possible for Belgium to form a personal union? I know it was specifically not allowed in the Dutch constitution (obviously because of a fear to be dominated by a larger country). Does Belgium have a similar clause?
