Queen Bona of England

Bona of Savoy (1449-1503) was a daughter of Louis, Duke of Savoy.
She was the second spouse of Galeazzo Maria Sforza, Duke of Milan.
In 1464, Bona was to have been betrothed to Edward IV of England, until his marriage to Elizabeth Woodville was revealed.

Suppose Edward IV does not wed Elizabeth Woodville.
He marries Bona of Savoy. She becomes Queen Consort. What happens then?

Bona was only one candidate, she held particular support from Warwick who sought to detach the king of France's support for Margaret of Anjou.

Edward was never in high favor of the match, preferring a match with someone like Isabel of Castile.
