Is it possible for Przemysl II to ally with the Habsburgs and marry his daughter, Richeza to Rudolf, her OTL second husband as her first husband?

Only if there was something to gain for Albert I from this alliance. So it is needed to give Przemysł a share of Łokietek's luck - have Wenceslas III, Łokietek and Henry III of Głogów die simultaneously around 1291. Cracow stays under Przemysł's control (and he gains also Sandomierz after Łokietek dies), and he is a guardian for Henry III's son (Henry IV the Faithful) so it gives him a free pass to unite almost whole Bolesławs's III legacy. Andrew III is less likely to marry Fennena of Kuyavia (after Łokietek's early death she has no political meaning). Perhaps he could even marry Hedwig of Kalisz (OTL wife of Łokietek) instead

and given her OTL fertility it is likely that he could have a son with her, blocking Charles Robert road to the Hungarian throne, which means that he could take a Neapolitan one once his grandfather dies. Przemysł II, residing in Cracow is also far less likely to be murdered by Brandenburgians, so he could stay alive at least to 1310's. Which means that he could sire a son or even more. Albert I is not being murdered and instead struggles for regency in Bohemia, so it is possible for his son to marry Elizabeth Richeza, because Przemysł (controlling whole Bolesław's III legacy) is right now a very valuable ally. If Przemysł has a son that said son can marry Maria of Halych and become an overlord of Galizia once Andrew II of Galizia dies. Hungary is ruled likely by Andrew's son (and Przemysł's grandnephew), who would seek the suport of greatuncle and Albert I against oligarchs such as Amadeus Aba or Laszlo Kan. Wenceslaus III not having Polish throne to worry about would be far less likely to be murdered, so he could live longer and have descendants of his own, ruling Bohemia. As a most likely outcome of this scenario (around 1320) we have - somewhat weakened TO, which is unable to seize Pomerania from Przemysł, Piast Poland stretching from Oder to eastern border of Galizia, Hungary staying under Arpad rule, Bohemia staying under Premyslid one and Luxembourg never gaining prominence
