I think its very difficult it to survive more than the 30 Years war.
Spain would easily be able to take it with a small colonial garrison, as Prussia lacked the resources and the manpower to effectively colonize the region.
In fact, they only explored it in search for el Dorado.
With luck you would see something like the Guyanas, but again, Prussia won't be able to hold it more than that.
 
Dude, read your own damn link. This was a banking family from Augsburg, a free imperial city in southern Germany. Prussia at the time was just a recently created Protestant duchy under Polish suzerainty.
