Prussia/Russia crushes Napoleon, not Britain

Let's say for whatever reason, the British don't get nearly involved in the seventh coalition. They still send troops but Wellesley doesn't go and instead of armies its just a handful of volunteers and maybe some advisors. So Napoleon goes to Waterloo and defeats the Prussians under Blucher.

Now Napoleon just doesn't have the staying power and there are 250,000 Russians rumbling across northern Europe towards him, so he can't win and Europe will not allow him to remain in power.

Somewhere between Belgium and Germany Napoleon meets his demise at the hands of the Russians, Prussians, Austrians, etc.

What does Europe look like politically and socially with Russia and Prussia as the dominant victors?

What becomes of Napoleon? Does he go to St. Helena like OTL or does he go to Siberia or some other remote location owned by the victors? (Maybe even execution?)

Any thing else?
