Protestant Russia

The only way to get Protestant Russia is:
- It joins the Roman Church rather than the Greek Church... But this may affect the reformation as a whole...

- The Patriarchy is given to the Russians earlier by the Patriarch of Constantinople. And the Patriarchs are as corrupt as the Popes and even challenge the Russians Rulers...

If you want Protestant Russia solely to get it more literate and industrialize faster then there are different ways to achieve that. Protestant Russia may still not be industrialize regardless. The situation of Russia and for example the UK and Germany are far different.

The Protestants were a consequence of Catholic corruption primarily in the form of abusing indulgences and the rejection of Papal authority. It doesn't make sense in the context of Orthodoxy which doesn't have any Pope like figure nor uses a legalistic approach to spiritual authority. It's kind of a different ballgame over there.

Besides the tsar already had more control over the church than kings in Catholic states, as the Russian Orthodox church was a national church, not an international church, like the Catholic church.
