Protastant Expansion Options

Suppose the Dutch and English reformation are stopped cold with aggressive monarch effort. In the Scandinavian countries, the monarchs stay Catholic but turn a blind eye to the thing as long as everyone pays their taxes.

Assuming we still get English colonies similar to OTL, what expansion options does the reformation have?

Spain and England did the colonizing in OTL. I said the latter will in TTL and I don't see why Spain can't get Cuba, Mexico, and the rest. The Dutch can colonize better than OTL, but since the reformation is blocked, the Dutch Revolt might be butterflied away. The reformation can't expand south since the Hapsbrugs were desperately trying to turn back the clock. Russia is orthodox. With it unmolested in Scandinavia but not getting into the monarchs, it's a dead end there too. France is unlikely to go Protestant if the Dutch reformation is blocked. Will there be any regions outside Europe with >1000 people and >75% Protestant, or are they doomed to be a minority except in some places in Europe?

Sure- probably a few Caribbean islands and trading fort/posts/ports in Africa under Swedish or Danish rule where most of the local proprietors happen to be Protestant and this trickles down to the slave population.

Greenland, once it gets more than 1,000 people.

The odd town or district in Russia where Protestant settlers from Scandinavia or Germany (you didn't specify how things go in states outside of Habsburg crown lands in the HRE) move to do agriculture or trade.
