I did try, but the issue really is how foul he is. The New Labour route could be interesting, but I dispute that Piers Morgan could beat Gordon Brown. Maybe him becoming Leader of Labour now-ish, it really is that his personality is that toxic.

Living in Canada, my main exposure to Piers Morgan has been via his television appearances on American television, mainly CNN. The first time I saw him was when he first replaced Larry King on his time slot. Is he even more of a smarmy asshole in Britain and dials it down when he crosses the Atlantic?
