Postwar if Italy joined WWI later

So looking back at this old idea, I got to thinking -- suppose Italy avoids joining the Entente in 1915, but then jumps in during the summer of 1916, when things are starting to go well for the Allies; we needn't go into all the details here, only to note that 1915 goes worse for the Entente, before turning things around in 1916, and to clarify the war goes no longer than otl, and may even be shorter, and is still a win for the Entente.

My particular concern for this thread -- what changes for Italy's domestic situation during and after the war? Do we still see constitution in a precarious position, with the wave of strikes, the rise of fascism, etc? Or does fewer soldiers dying in the alps, and less embarssment for the military officer class, mean the democratic institutions are more stable? We can also talk about famous Italians whose lives were cut short by the war OTL, and how them being more likely to survive changes things.

If issues like Italy's land ambition vis a vis Austro-Hungary and of real importance here, let's assume, for the sake of argument, that they do better than OTL.

If Italy delays ascending to the war with one year, Austro-Hungary might get bit better situation at least in Serbia. Perhaps Russia too is near of collapse.

Well, if the general war duration remain as OTL it will mean that Italy will skip little more than a year of war and in term of money, resources and live spent and much more time for prepare for the conflict and all this mean a lot of saving, so giving at any post-war goverment some breath space...even more if the post-war negotiation are more favorable to Italy (even just in term of perception of respect and importance as the end results can be basically the same). Something similar to the 'Biennio Rosso' and the fascist are unavoidable but with the economic and social situation much more stable due to less stress there will be enough strenght in the enstablishment to resist at both side

During the war things will remain more or less like OTL with strikes and protest as the conflict was not that popular until caporetto as the prospect of an austrian invasion put all the protest to a stop and united the nation and without that tension will remain but i doubt that will come to something as the goverment (and the army) had enough control.
