post Great War (or better, interbellum) info question (Balkan and Danube region)

Lets say in 1920's or early 30's (the most 1933), some uprising happen in Kingdom SHS (Yugoslavia), which sparks and ignite more agresive will of Croats (and probably Slovenes) to go independent (whether or not they can survive on their own on long terms is another story), while Serbs being so fed up with them they let them be.
What would the attitude toward new country be?
I assume Italy would be agressive and trying to grab as much land as it can, but what about Austria, Hungary, Germany, Soviet Union, little entente members (Romania and Czechoslovakia)?

Italy would definitely wish to grab large chunks of the coastline and turn the rest of the new countries into protectorates.

Hungary will have territorial claims against both Serbia and the Croatian/Slovenian countries. As Hungary is still surrounded by the Little Entente, and as Hungary's army was heavily weakened after WWI, they might choose to go after the smaller targets. It might manage to annex some smaller parts of the new countries if it has Italy's support, otherwise I'm not sure.

Romania and Czechoslovakia will stay on Serbia's side at first, but if Croatia/Slovenia is threatened by Hungary's revisionism they might start supporting them as well.

The USSR will be happy that Yugoslavia's split, but annoyed because communism wasn't involved and the split was (probably) less radical than they'd like. Depending on what kind of regime sets up shop in Croatia and Slovenia, the USSR will probably be friendly to them, but not very useful.
