Pope Benedict XV gets his way: What would the world look like if the Vatican ended WW1?

In August 1917 Pope Benedict XV proposed a peace solution to the First World War; the only country to show notable interest into the solution being the Austro-Hungary Empire. German's large Protestant population found the notion insulting; and in France Clemenceau saw it as biased against his nation. There were also concerns over the Vatican no longer being "neutral", but serving as a "Peace Broker" among some Cardinals.

What if for whatever reason, the Allies and Central Powers both decided to agree to all of Benedict's proposals. Here is what the Pope desired:

No Annexations
Indemnities limited to Belgium, France, and Serbia
A Restoration of the Polish Kingdom
Germany to pull out of all Belgian and French land
Germany's colonies to return under complete German control
International Disarmament
Freedom of the Seas
Formation of an international Supreme Court to keep the peace by settling international disputes
Abolishment of economic conflicts post-war between Belligerents
Permanent Solutions to the disputed claims of Alsace-Lorraine, Trentino and Trieste

Obviously a much different outcome than what we got! What are the implications of all this were it to come true?

Really ASB to be accepted, but it could be a point to begin negotiations. The pope would need at a minimum for Wilson to sign off, and I don't see that happening.

Not any chances that most of participants will ever accept that. France wanted A-L back and ensure that Germany will not be any threat. For Brits and French gicing German colonies back would be totally unacceptable. Germany, A-H and Russia wouldn't accept re-creation of Kingdom of Poland at least Germans only if it is German puppet.

This could work in a more Catholic world, but that would totally change the circumstances of history, and thus WW1 as we know it would never have happened. Maybe if the US was more Catholic, and the President was a Catholic, they could get behind this proposal. But it would lend credence to the argument that a Catholic President will always listen to the Vatican.
