This might be ASB or it might not be but what if the Clone Wars was allowed to continue by Disney? Let's say Disney allows it to go to season 7. The reason for that is because Episode VII is coming out in 2015 and they want to at least give the pre-ST era a fitting send off--maybe they are aware of the anti-pt-but-pro-tcw arguments around the internet that TCW "fixed", "redeemed" or "salvaged" that era after the Prequels and allowed for a new generation of SW fans. Thus TCW become a transition to Episode VII in 2015
What would be the implications of this?
The EU will probably be toast either way but what happens to TCW, will post Wrong Jedi episodes be still in Legends AND new Canon(a unique)? Will it still have the positive reception it has today or will it lose it over time(I'm guessing if it happens, the same style as Game of Thrones--it gets too dark and we actually know no one will get a happy ending and the voices of the EU purists start to gain traction, much like the GOT Stannis fans and book purists)? Will Rebels still happen(difference is that it happens after TCW cancellation at season 7 WITH the Force Awakens)?
