Just watching Home Alone 3. What would the plot/characters be like in KR?

The same? Why would it be different?
If I remember right, the crooks trying to break into the house were working for some vague terrorist organisation (probably North Korea) whom they planned to sell the missile computer chip to. That and the call to the FBI in the movie are the only things I think might be changed

If it was set Syndicalist America it could be changed only slightly

Can anyone think of Christmas movies/specials set in different KR nations? Like the German Empire, the Union of Britain or various ACW victors like the American Union State or the PSA.

Every adaptation of A Christmas Carol probably has a far more Syndicalist/socialist ending then OTL in the UoB. Scrooge not only pays Bob Cratchit a better wage and writes off all their customers debt, the accountants probably even start a trade union.

Everyone in Europe probably has a version of Joyeux Noel, and depending on how the civil war in America goes, they probably have a version too about their own Christmas truce between some of the more ideologically acceptable factions

There is an event at the Syndicalist Congress at the end of the Second ACW where they discuss controversies in literature and how John Dos Passos wrote a book about multiple PoVs of the civil war including war crimes by all sides including the syndicalists - the stories by famous authors would change a lot.

Imagine how house of cards would ve effected. If MacArthur wins democracy will forever be tainted by military intervention, it then leads to a turkey situation where the military are now legitimised to intervene if they want.

Seeing as how the original book and tv series were British, I imagine any version of House of Cards that pops up in the Kaiserreich will be very shaped by the politics of the Union of Britain. Francis Urquhart could be less an pastiche of Thatcher and the Conservatives and more condemnation of Mosley and the Totalists.

Or move the story to Canada and have Urquhart scheming to take control of the British Empire In Exile

Anyone have any ideas what Blackadder would be like in a KR timeline?

If made in the Union of Britain, they would make more fun of the monarchy system then they did IOTL, but how would the handle Blackadder Goes Forth, with the Weltkreig and all? Would it be any different? And would they make any more seasons set in post-Revolution Britain?

Blackadder would be set in Germany and make fun of the German Kaiser. It would probably be made somewhere outside of Germany and the Reichspakt as a result.

Blackadder ?

i think it would be called „Blindschleiche“ (deaf adder)
And show exploits of Edmund von Blindschleiche, Play by Dieter Hallerforden.
With his help Balderich play by Gerhard Wollner, Edmund try to become king and failed hysterical funny.

Interesting ideas. But what I'm interested is the UoB version

What would the Beatles be like in a KR timeline? Would they be British or Canadian?

Any ideas for sitcoms in the German Empire?
Most likely the sitcoms would be perhaps satirizing life in other countries, and especially making fun of the Syndicalists. There could also be sitcoms closer to home (depending on governmental policy).
Beatles in KR: Probably British. Doubtful that their parents would have been able to get to Canada.

Would the Beatles even exist in KR? Considering the effect that events like the British Revolution are going to have on people in the British Isles, I’m willing to bet that the main members of the Beatles won’t even be born in KR’s world.
