The Flag is for the Holy Order of Knight of the arrows.
A Transylvanian knightly order based on the Teutonic Order.
The white is obviously standing for the Holy Church and the black is for the German people.
The four arrows, officially, stand for the four cardinal virtues, unofficially for conquest of infidels and heretics.
The order survived until the reformation, when the order was laicized and dismantled.
During the WWII the short lived republic of Transylvania used this flag as national flag.
Two said:Third Kingdom of France (1920-1940)
The Central Powers win the Great War in 1917 and due to the early invention of an effective strategic bombing doctrine by the Germans, which is put into use as early as 1915. Of all of the major combatants France is the most affected and as such cannot continue to hold the lines due to it's supply and production chains being crippled if not completly neutralized. By the end of 1917 most of France is in ruins as German forces continue to advance. France capitulates in november 1917 and a week later the UK agrees to commence peace negotiations. On January the 3rd 1918 the First Treaty of Cologne is signed which limits France's industrial and military capabilities as well making it pay war reparations to the German Empire. A Second Treaty of Cologne is signed in April which mandates that France be put under a "technological embargo" which meant that no patents filed within any of the nations that signed the treaty may be allowed to be used with France until 7 to 10 (depending on what technology it described) years have passed since the initial filing. French manufacturers would be surveyed by the Netherlands to ensure objrctivity. A Third Treaty is signed in october which puts every colonial teritory of France in Africa under either Austrian or German rule.
This destroys the industry of France, or better yet, the idea that it would ever be rebuilt, and naturally militant groups and radical parties start to pop up with affiliations across the entire political spectrum. This leads to riots, chaos and culminates with a bombing of a hospital. Though no one is exactly sure who did it, the weakened republican goverment calls for a general assembly of all parties, which by now numbered in the hundreds. To put an end to this chaos it decided that only one party should govern the nation. After nearly one year and a half voting and debating, through unanimous vote, it is decided that the nation shall be reformed as a constitutional monarchy ruled by the Bourbons. On the 1st of June the Third Kingdom of France is proclaimed. To limit the power of the king, it is stated that although France is a one party state, every existing political party is absorbed into the royalist faction.
However things go bad as the government is too politically diverse and everyone is trying to put someone else out of power instead of reaching an agreement, which is agravated by the sheer size, as nearly every member of a former political party had to have a place in the government.
By 1930 the Bourbon loyalists have had enough and start purging the government. This does not help the situation as the people start viewing the king as more of a dictator and attempt to overthrow the goverment which massively fails for either side. The loyalists remain in power but at a cost of slaughtering 25 thousands of revolutionaires and twice as many civillians which only turns them into martyrs. A new age of revolts begins and ends with the Bourbons still being in power in 1934. At this point it's been more than a decade since the kingdom had been proclaimed and no progress in rebuilding the nation had been made. France has been seen by it's neighbours as something less than a balkan nation by now, and in 1937 the UK, the Netherlands and Sweden and even Austria agree to break the First and Second treaty of Cologne to aid the impoverished nation, forming the Mutual Prosperity Council.
Which actually causes more harm, as the Bourbon loyalists make the arrival of foreign aid and the subsequent rebuilding of the economy seem to be completly their merits. This does convert a lot of people into accepting the loyalists but it also radicalizes the already very radical radicals. This culminates in a civil war between every radicalist faction in existence as a third era of revolts ensues. This does look well to the coalition of nations that tries to rebuild a nation that tries to destroy itself and so on the 15th of december 1939 they decide to invade what's left of France and rebuild it from scratch. With no ability to resist any invasion, France surrenders after a week. The goverment is ousted, the Republic of France is proclaimed again on January the 1st 1940, and it begins the rebuilding program with investments from the Mutual Prosperity Council.

The flag bears a white field which had been previously been used by the Bourbons, as well as the three gold fleur-de-lys on a blue field. On this flag the fleur-de-lys are surrounded by a white and a red circle to immitate the tricolored cockardes although the emphasis is put on the elements that represent the Bourbons.

Erdgemeinschaft (The Earth's Commomwealth), responsible for safeguarding the purity of humankind, and formulate and implement the genetical, the xenical and the extraterrestrial settlements policy of the Erdgemeinschaft. It's infamous for its criminal actions again aliens and even some humans being. The white means 'purity' and its mote is German by ''Keeping the purity of Humankind''.
Brief history:
The BfmAupS is the evolution from the RuSHA, a branch of the Schutzstaffel whose expande its duty after the Axis victory and the establishment of a world government, under the Globale Autorität der Erdgemeinschaft, the Global Authority of the Commonwealth of Earth.
In a first step, ruled by Nobel Award winner, Josef Mengele, the RuSHA reformulated the main theses on racial classification and its hierarchy, and it was integrated at the Reichsministerium des Innern (RMI; Reich Ministry of Interior).
With the ended of Globale Gleichschaltung ('world co-ordination'), the office expanded its competencies to the whole world. Finally, with the development of interstellar technology and contact with alien races, it went on to concentrate the tasks related to interxenic politics and settlements on extrasolar planets, as an autonomous department, only dependent on the Globalführer.
