Challenge 198 Flagbert of Elbonia

Design a flag used in Elbonia, the country featured in the Dilbert cartoon.

This can be any flag: national flag, military ensigns, major company flags, government organisations, personal flag of the head-of-state, whatever.

The Elbonia flag. Painted on a rag. This is Elbonia we are talking about. You think they have enough money to have a flag made of good cloth. The Flag shows a bent arm holding the traditional Elbonian hat.

I'll let you guys figure out what means what, since it's pretty self explanatory.

Transcript of the event that led to the flag's creation:
"Sir, most of our economy is built on selling our flags to the UN and Cia, with them paying more, the more important that it is but we've now sold them the National flag"

The flag has deep meaning, from the copying process of the flag that caused the little grey outline from the fakeper (fake paper, naturally grey) it was on to the design team not knowing what side was left and so the "left" evil red stripe and the accidentally rotated trident might actually be the wrong way but no-one knows. The four stripes are due to their supposed existence in four worlds, the blue was put there because it looks nice (and no-one could say if they had a coast), the trident because of the three annoyances and the designer added the brown because of the housing but in truth, he just hated the country.

What better way to show love and devotion to Glorious Leader, than having Glorious Leader on Flag, waving majestically above your hovel.
