Political Ideology in a No French Revolution TL

Since the French Revolution had such a major impact on the development of modern-day political ideology, how do you think political thought would have developed in the 19th and 20th centuries if the French Revolution had not occurred or failed (due to whatever POD)?

The ideals of revolutionary democracy are still around, in the USA and Corsica at least to one extent or another.

The French Revolution was basically the ideals and approach of the American Revolution but more violent and politically unstable and prone to coups and with more decapitation.

No French Revolution probably means democracy and republicanism remain isolated in outlying regions such as America, and do not lead to violence and war in Europe, meaning royals may be less paranoid about parliaments and such in general and less suspicious of Enlightenment ideas, meaning you get a longer run of Enlightened Absolute monarchs like Frederick of Prussia and Catherine the Great and more constitutional monarchies.

Communism was heavily influenced by the French Revolution (The Red Terror as a prime example).

Butterflying the French Revolution probably butterflies out communism as in OTL.

Napoleon is also unemployed in this scenario...
