How would countries like Japan and China develop both politically and economically if the world wars had never happened? Would Russia seek revenge for 1905? Japan probably wouldn't go fascist like OTL, but would they really democratise? Would China become an industrial power earlier?
For the sake of the argument, I'm assuming no wars between great european powers, the pre 1914 situation just goes on until most European countries are democracies, usually more cautious than autocracies when talking about industrial wars
