Polish victory at Maciejowice.

Let us say that Tadeusz Kościuszko manages to pull off a major victory at the Battle of Maciejowice. Lets say Adam Poniński's men arrive in time and the battle goes the way of the Poles, how long does this prolong the uprising before its inevitable defeat?

Not very long. Russians send another army, so do Prussians (although they have problems with Dąbrowski), Austrians possibly too. Poland-Lithuania was surrounded by much more powerful enemies, with no friends at all. Also, personally I think Suvorov was a better commander than Kościuszko, so the campaign would have ended rather quickly.
