Polish partition with an Austrian Silesia

Suppose Austria had retained Silesia during the 7-Year's War. How would this have affected Prussia's later hunger for more territory at the expense of Poland?

Would the territorial partition have gone differently had Austria retained Silesia? Perhaps Austria doesn't engage in the third partition, being content with the gains of the second and wanting to give Prussia a larger Polish headache to deal with.

Butterflies. If Prussians are beaten to the degree, that they lost Silesia (which could happen only with quick victory, post-Kunersdorf it was unlikely even after Austrian victory)
, then Russians would take East Prussia.
