Polish-Lithuanian-Swedish-Russian Commonwealth

I was reading about the time of the difficulties that occurred in Russia and reading the whole context I imagined the creation of this great commonwealth gathering Poles, Lithuanian, Swedes and Russians.
I'm not an expert on this subject, but from what I've read, I include these POD's.

Sigismund III is not overthrown by Charles IX of Sweden, Władysław remains in the throne and Russia remains Orthodox.

Beside these pods what could we include to create this Commonwealth?
If she is created, how stable she would be, and what influences would she bring?

There was a remote chance to get either Polish or Swedish Vasa on the throne of Moscow but in both cases conversion into the Orthodoxy was required. Formally, Wladislav retained for a while claim to Tsar’s title while being King of the PLC but that claim was not recognized in Russia and eventually he had to give it up. Similarly, claim of the Polish Vasas to the Swedish throne became just a dangerous formality.

Getting all three components together seems rather unrealistic due to an added Protestant component. The countries had bee too different culturally, and the same goes for the royal power in each of them.

Now, if by some miracle the union happened, then you have a huge monstrosity of a state with a practically uncontested military power, questionable economic strength and administrative nightmare.

Your clue on where someone hails from is whether they refer to their country as the Polish-Lithuanian-Swedish-Russian Commonwealth, Swedish-Polish-Lithuanian-Russian Commonwealth, Lithuanian-Polish-Swedish-Russian Commonwealth, or Russia.
