Polish-HRE western border on Pilica and Bug as result of feudal fragmentation

I once saw an alt-historical map (perhaps on deviantart.com) on which the Polish-German border was on Pilica to the west, and has continued along the Bug River. Had been presented there an alternative medieval stage on OTL Polish lands.

I'm interested in the development of Poland with such borders. In this assumption Poland would be absorbed by Lithuania or would be grew a Weichselmark soon ?

Well, such changes in Polish history may butterfly away Lithuania's rise to power. Anyway, I would put my money on HRE. ITTL Poland seems to be only more or less Masovia and western Little Poland - not enough to survive without some big brother as protector. Since HRE absorbed rest of Polish lands, they might have claim to the rest.
And Christian Poles would have had much more in common with HRE than with still (officially) pagan Lithuania.

There was a map like that by Eurofed I remember where in Poland loses both Greater Poland and Silesia.

An interesting side effect could be no Kingdom of Bohemia. There'll probably be a duchy of Bohemia, March of Moravia, Duchy of Silesia, March of Polania, and possibly March of Krakovia, under the HREmperor as King of the Slavs.
