Let's say due to Weimar surviving thanks to Hitler dying of a heart attack in 1932 before elections are called, how would Poland have developed economically into the 1940s and beyond without the war or Communist rule and with large minority populations and hostile neighbors? Their economy wasn't doing particularly well in 1939 as it was:

Still they had industrialization plans that were ongoing:

Very likely with surviving Weimar Czechoslovak Polish relation could be much better and there will not be border conflict of 1938.

Without threat from Germany Czechoslovakia will very likely not look for alliance with Soviets.
However on CSR-Polish relation had also huge influence Polish non aggression pact from 1934. With no Hitler in Power Pact may not realize.

With Weimar Germany which was trying economically dominate Austria and Central Europe there is even possibility for bigger Polish-Czechoslovak cooperation. Both Czechoslovakia and Poland had Germany as one of its biggest trading partner anyway.
In some instances we can even see Czechoslovak Polish cooperation in industry. After all OTL there were few examples of Poland buying Czechoslovak weapons.

Or Germany will Economically dominate Czechoslovakia and later also at least partially Poland. ;)

In 1931 in Poland was discussed Polish Czechoslovak custom union as answer to German Pan European plans.
