Poland prepared for a war

I've been spending all of my time on the forum talking about Poland.
So what if before 1939 Poland started a major arming porgram. I mean produced more tanks (lets say 1,500 7TP tanks) modernized their army improved communications and came up with new fighter planes. With no invasion from the east If Poland had those things would they be able to defend themselves from the German Blitzkrieg?

Poland had no resources, no money to undertake such an arms development.
Improving communication, radio, and different strategy could have delayed the fall of Poland by considerable amount of time, pressuring French intervention.
But the best solution would be war in 1938 in defence of Czechoslovakia.

Not good. Not enough numbers, and no space for defense in depth. You still have the backstabbers behind you (USSR). You still have to deal with tactics and such - only the Germans have perfected the communications and command and control of armored columns with air support in 1939. Even with the same platforms, without that sinew of communications, you're still behind the curve.

Not exactly something that would get the support of the people i think. Poles didnt exactly like Czechoslovakia from what ive heard.

As for the armaments, doesnt Poland like need money and stuff?
