Poland loses Mazovia instead of Silesia

I was thinking what if Poland loses Mazovia instead of Silesia with a POD of 13th Century due to the Silesian Piasts uniting Poland and the Mazovian Piasts being vassalized by the newly christianized Lithuania.

What would happen to Poland in this scenario?

It is certainly possible, but the devil is in the details. How big is reunited Poland? Do the Silesian Piasts unite all other Polish lands? Władysław the Elbow-High (Łokietek) managed to unite only Greater Poland, Lesser Poland, Kuyavia and Pomerelia...and then he lost Pomerelia.

Anyway Poland would be much more west-oriented culturally, IMHO; Polish kings still would be interested in taking Masovia from under Lithuanian influence (BTW, how is Lithuania christanized?) and that mind end with Polish- Teutonic alliance against Lithuania - if there is no earlier conflict between Poland and the Order. Such an alliance might lead to Poland conquering Masovia and some part of Red Ruthenia (possible competition with Hungary for the area), while the Order with Polish support conquers Samogitia. Anyway, it might end rather badly for Lithuania. Polish-Lithuanian alliance had many problems with defeating the Order IOTL - and now Poles and the Order fight together.
After that - who knows?

I am actually thinking of the Lithuanians defeating the Order and Conquering Pomerellia and vassalizing Mazovia and ruling Belarus and also allied with Galicia Volhynia.

That seems like a lot for Lithuania to accomplish, especially since without Poland to help them take on the Order. IOTL the Order was still the dominant power in the Baltic up until 1410, and it took the Proto-Commonwealth to take them down, with this Poland will be united with them against Lithuanian (and that means the Order won't have the Polish-finaced rebellions that were their true death blow).

I honestly doubt the Lithuanians would have been able to defeat Polish-Teutonic alliance. Resist, yes. Conquer so much...no way. And before Teutonic conquest of Pomerelia most of Polish duchies had rather good relations with the Teutonic Order and much worse with the Lithuanians who regularly raided Polish lands. The only duchy which had problems with the Order was Masovia, concerning the land of Chełmno (Kulm).
Anyway, with Lithuanians pushing west, Poles and the Order would have been natural allies. IOTL Lithuania was much too often defeated by the Order. ITTL the Order would have had also Polish support, and not only from some Polish duchies, but from Polish king.
