The World in 1948 (Final):
As promised, the description of my map (description large, still WIP).
The year is 1950, PoD is 1770’s, there is never a American war for independence, (King George III never goes as insane). This results in a überpowered British empire that eventually collapses under its own weight. Unlike in OTL there are no democracies, only technocracies. Technocracies are autocratic, establishmentarian, democracies with less representation of regular plebs (like a two/three party Singapore). Government suppression of radical left/right wingers is normal. The world is gearing up for a conflict between the four sides Technocracies, Monarchies, Commies and Fascists.
