Plausiblity of Greek plot to get rid of the debt

The Greek debt was unpayable , so what if....
What if SYRIZA came up with a scheme and operation how to get rid of the debt .

Ioannis Varoufakis and Alexis Tsipras decide for a spectacular plan. They get one of the local politicians from Epirus declare independence and the Epirote forces were told to claim away larger area (yellow). The Greek government pretended to start negotiating with the "rebels" (who were guided by Tsipras himself).
A similar incsenation happens in Greek Macedonia. (blue). Greek Macedonia is even more radical towards FYROM and, although the Macedonian parliament has a majority of the Nea Demokratia, they agree to this plan.

Greece surrenders. According to the treaty, neither Epirus nor Macedonia are to be considerred successor states to Greece, and have no responsibility for the Greek debt. (The debt responsibility stays in Athens.
By this time Crete declares independence , too (this not being coordinated), hoping to become a tax haven.

Greece now decides to sell the island of Rhodos to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta , in order to pay at least a part of the debt.

A "pseudo-coup" is organized in Ionnina. (By this time Athens are doing very much to show their incapability, and there are riots everywhere. No public services function) Epirus and Macedonia both gained international recognition by now, and Epirote forces invade Patras.
Greece collapses, and anarchy dominates the rump country, with only Attica remaining under governmntal control (silver)

The locals do not care much about Epirote forces invading, and after seeing that Epirus pays them (Epirus has reintroduced the drachma), people greet them.
Soon a referendum in Macedonia is held whether they want to reunite with Epirus. Almost everyone says yes, and the capital city is moved to Thessalonica. They proclaim reinstalation of Byzantine empire and in the French legitimist pretender Prince Henry, Count of paris and Duke of France (as one of the heirs of byzantium after its conquest sold the rights to the French king).

Soon the Neo-byzantien empire conquerred the resto f Greece save Rhodes and declared that the debt has nothing to do with them...

If this plan was recognized as a way to reconstitute a Greek state absent the public debt, which it would be, the negative consequences for Greece would be terrible. You think the economy's bad now? How bad wold it be after the Greek state collapsed?

Funny, yes, but I think it would be easier to just declare it Odious Debt. The international response would essentially be the same anyway.

So "greece" is no longer a member of UN, EU, Schengen, NATO, IMF, ..... I guess negotiations for the new states to join any of these organizations will be "interesting".

Amusing. But ultimately, it's making quasi-legal sounding words jump through a hoop in order to appease state entities. As if they had some magic power to trick them into going away. That does not work out in reality.

Greece is a rather nationalistic country, or so I'm led to believe, so they might have a hard time convincing the public to go along with this unless they publicly explain the scheme. Can't do that without admitting it to the whole world.

Still. If they're a little subtler about it this might be viable. If the whole state is disassembled they'll have shenanigans called upon them. But let's say only one or two regions seceded(why not Macedonia and Crete), would they be under any legal obligation to carry a portion of Greek debt?
