Plausibility of effective resistance in a Nazi occupied Eastern Europe?

Would the Slavs living under Nazi occupation in Eastern Europe have the means to plausibly put up effective resistance if Germany managed to occupy the USSR up to the Urals?

I very much doubt it. Even in the OTL, as late as the aftermath of Bagratian, the Armiya Krajowa failed utterly to expel the Germans.

With a defeated USSR there is going to be a restsiatnce but In terms of effectiveness I suspect they will be a nuisance and nothing more. In conjunction with a warring power they may have a chance to divert forces but not much more

Its bit hard to run a large rebellion when everyone is being starved to death
As well as the fact that the only weapons the general population has access to are farm tools, Molotov cocktails and kitchen knives while the opposition has tanks, planes, artillery and hundreds of thousands of trained/hardened troops who want nothing but to eradicate and enslave them for existing.
