I believe this has been discussed in some form several times on this forum but not with this particular combination, so I thought to put forth an alternate peace treaty to the end of the War of Spanish Succession. This is under the assumption that the Peace is made after the Imperial election of Charles VI but before the Battle of Denain

1. France yields all of Alsace, parts of the Free County of Burgundy, Strasbourg (back to a free city, basically all it's territory West of the Moselle) to the Holy Roman Empire (Charles VI keeps Alsace as Habsburg inheritance) and receives the Balearic Islands from Spain as compensation. Agreed to revoke all claims on the lost territories and bar any union between the crown of France & Spain. (Also maybe some small territory to allow for direct Austrian land connection between the 2 halves of the S. Nederlands as opposed to going through the Bishopric of Liege)

2. The Duke of Savoy Victor Amadeus II will receive Sardinia & Sicily, in exchange will surrender to the the duchy of Milan his territories west of the Dora Baltea.

3. The Elector of Bavaria will surrender his electorate in perpetuity to Charles VI revoking any and all claims to it and in exchange receive the Kingdom of Naples as either direct fief of the
a. Archduke/Sovereign of Austria
b. Holy Roman Emperor

4. Philip V will be recognised as King of Spain and its colonies, relinquish any claims to lost territories and titles/order/regalia that the Spanish Kings derived from the House of Habsburg (e.g. Archduke of Austria, order of the Golden Fleece etc.) He will retain the State of Presidi as well.

5. Charles VI will receive all of Alsace and parts of the Free County of Burgundy, the Southern Netherlands, duchy of Milan, electorate of Bavaria and the Kingdom of Naples as a vassal/fief in the hands of Maximilian II. In exchange he will revoke all claims to territories, titles & regalia from the Kingdoms of Spain.

6. Gibraltar to GBR and all other rights she got from OTL Treaties, the Nederlands receive the same rights as OTL treaties.

My question is how plausible/palatable are these adjustments to the existing threads. Assume that Charles VI is willing to accept/proposes these terms; how would the Allies and the Bourbons be willing to accept this? (Note slight red marker delinates territory that would fall to Austria/the HRE)
