PLAUSABILITY and wi Charles II agreement of the people

Suppose Charles the first died in some way other than execution.

There was tension between Parliament and the army/

I wonder if the young King might have supported a proposal for manhood suffrage for Parliament, believing that the Monarch would in fact get some support.

Any way this might have happened?

I feel like I've seen this idea before.... anyway the answer is no. Hell no to be exact. No one in their right minds is going to give the peasants the right to vote in the 1600s, not least a King. Even IF Charles II, who never once mentioned ANYTHING similar to this, supported it, Parliament would ax it quickly as the King would be a Parliamentary puppet in such a scenario. So again no, practically ASB.
