What if Pilsudski, dissatisfied with the Russian rule over Poland, travelled to China in 1900, just as the Boxer Rebellion was happening? With Germany and Austria ruling his country and the others being allies of Russia or having imperialist thoughts, who would he side with or support?
nobody, he would think that all those imperialist pigs are against the great nation of Poland. which means he would side wiht the boxers themselves, perhaps.
but then, 2 questions arise:
1. will the boxers themselves accept him as their own? they are strictly anti-foreigner and a white guy would look just as foreign, amicable or no.
2. will that be any help, if he was accepted? it just adds one more dead to the list. perhaps he will be taken by the Russians, used as an excuse to be more heavyhanded on the Poles.
anyways, wouldn't be much help to anything. that's my guess.
