What if the pig war occurred right after the Trent Affair? Would Britain side with the CSA?

I think the best case scenario is that there would be coordination between the two, but the slavery issue would keep Britain from officially allying with the CSA. It would be more of a silent agreement of a common enemy and similar goals.
