Pick a Husband for Catherine of Aragon

Pick a Husband for Catherine of Aragon, I have decided that Catherine of Aragon should not marry Henry VIII, who is the best possible husband for her?

The Trastamaras already have an alliance with the HRE and Portugal through her sisters. Would her parents marry her to France, Scotland, or one of the Eastern European countries?

The problem for Henry VIII is that he is betrothed to Isabella of Spain(Aragon, Castile and Portugal) in this timeline and Isabella II of Spain prevented the dispensation of the marriage with Catherine of Aragon with Henry VIII..

The Question is where and who should Catherine of Aragon marry?

Scotland would be tempting if you cant get England. I dont know enough about the period to suggest a name though.

I think I will settle in marrying Catherine of Aragon to Louis XII at 30 years old or late 20's after the death of Anne of Brittany, I will allow for Mary Tudor, duchess of Suffolk to marry the man she loves earlier.

I will also have Margaret of Austria, Duchess of Savoy have children with the Duke of Savoy.

Wasn't there plans of Fernando the Catholic to marry one daughter off to Fernando's OTL nephew-in-law/cousin in Naples and another off to the king of Navarre (both with the proviso that the gentleman in question hold onto his throne)?

He is dead at the POD unfortunately.

Why not Archduke Phillip of Austria? I somehow don't think she'd have fallen apart over his premature death the way her sister Juana did OTL and if she wed c. 1500, she may have born a needed son beforehand then become a very effective Regent after the Emperor Maximillian's death.

If Joanna marries Charles VIII of France after the war of Rousillon, I think that is possible, the question is who would marry Anne of Brittany?
