A news broadcast of the nuclear accident of 1995, as Little Boy, which Germany stupidly forgot to defuse, exploded in the Waldreich Mountains (Virunga in OTL), OBC = Ostmittelafrika Broadcasting Corporation
If I find the images, I may do a collage for them, but until then, here's my two cents.
I expect them to both have poor qualities of life. In the early 20th Century, America was a cultural melting pot, but it was only in recent times, when Irish culture became widely accepted. In the 1920s of OTL, Irish culture was despised by a majority of Protestant Americans, a hatred which gave rise to the rebirth of the Ku Klux Klan. In Kaiserreich, being a staunchly Catholic people, I expect the Irish to be threatened with either conversion to Protestantism or whatever branch of Christianity Pelley follows or wind up in a internment camp somewhere. Just a reminder that in OTL, in some aspects, hatred of the Irish took on not only a religious veneer, but in some cases, it took on a racial veneer too, so they'd be lucky if they are classed as white in the Commonwealth.
The Mexicans? Forget the fact that they're non white, they'd be seen as Syndicalist sympathizers, given their home country's ideology. Immigration from Mexico would be outright banned and Commonwealth propaganda would probably depict being Mexican and being Syndicalist as the same thing. Until the Second Weltkrieg, I'd expect some kind of permanent war footing with Mexico.

Bio:
- Born In the Vendee,Adriana grew up as the youngest of a large family of Devout small farmers who grew just enough to get along.
- Her life however was torn apart by the beginning of the Weltkrieg, Her father, and two older brothers all joined up in the French Army and were sent to the front, where they all died in the Battlefields of Belgium, Verdun and Cialis.
- This increased Adrianne's hatred of the German foe and it grew a desire in her to go fight against them herself.
- She got her chance in the summer of 1919, when while she was doing her farm work, she saw a light near the local river. taking time to check it out,she was struck by lightning.
- Not much is known after that besides Adriana's own recollections: She claim that while she was out the Spirit of Joan Of Arc, who told her to do what she did in the Past and save France from the Invader before granting her the same powers she had been granted wit. The Syndicalists highly dispute this and Ridicule it in Propaganda reports as "mere Fabrications by the Counter Revolutionaries meant to fool the superstitious"
- Whatever happened in those days, what happened next is clear, Adriana appeared at the front with a suit of supernaturally powered Armor and managed to help rally the men with her so called enchanting voice and held the line in combat, just outside Paris.
- Unfortunately for the French, Her arrival was just a bit too late to help save the country, as Mutinies on other parts of the front grew and homegrown Revolution became inevitable the government signed the Treaty of Marseilles. Distraught at failing to fulfill her duty, she went back home...to discover that it was on fire in full grown civil war.
- After a confusing mess of trying to figure out what was going on and who to support, she fell back in with a French military company under the command of one Charles De Gaulle. Adriane then went on to fight for the Nationalists in the French Civil War, notably managing to hold off syndicalist attacks on the harbor of Bordeaux until the army stationed their managed to evacuate in full and escaping a Syndicalist Prison to flee to Marseilles and catch one of the last boats to Algiers before the city fell.
- She truly came to the world stage during the Italian Civil War, where she volunteered for the papal side of the conflict, and was formally recognized by the pope as "the Chosen Of Arc", after helping save the city from a Socialist offensive.
- After that, she dropped off the face of the Earth for years. The Association is currently still trying to find out where she went, only appearing recently.
- She is classified to be by the Association as A mystical unit, she is also regarded as a Fanatic, whose ultimate goal (the reconquest of France in the name of the French Government in Algiers) A conflicts with the goals of the Association's goals of stopping a Global Conflict. However she is also recongized as at least not being a willing tool of the Cult (check File F) in their quest of World Destruction and not wanting to cause too much harm to her homeland upon the invasion, if and when it comes.

Saddam Hussein Abd al-Majid al-Tikriti, controversial iraqi writer, particurly notorious for his pan-arabist views and controversial position regarding kurds and other minorities.
His rise to fame started in 1978 when he published his first novel "The Fortified Castle" , an adventure romance novel set during the Ottoman-Axis war, based on his personal experience during the conflict.
The book was harshly criticised for its depiction of the kurds as loyal servants of the ottoman sultane, even if they were first ones to rebel against him, and for his exaltation of the egyptian and iraqi fronts while ignoring the contribute of Persia and Rashidi Arabia.
In 1982 he officially embraced the cause of Pan-Arabism, publishing "The Kabul journals", a sci-fi novel describing a distopian future where Russia, Persia , Turkey and Greece teamed up to destroy Egypt and divided the arab world between each other ( with Iraq directly integrated into Persia)
The book was promply censored in Kurdistan for his description of Kurds as "fake muslims and loyal servants of the west" and forced the iraqi royal government to reaffirm its loyalty to its persian ally.
In 1985 he moved to the sultanate of Egypt, citing "persecution" by the iraqi government as reason.
He has been at the center of another scandal in 2002 when he was accused of having exagerated his military service during the Ottoman-Axis war
This version of the Ottoman-Axis war started in 1956Minor issue, Saddam was an infant during the period where he supposedly fought.
