One of the many fall backs of the pleaceabo Phalanx Vaccinne. During the initial stages of the outbreak in more developed countries, scenes like this were seen (often with alcohol involved) where the public did not fear the undead, and instead would play games in the streets and even taunt them. Partially down to being intoxicated, and partially down to thinking Phalanx had an ability to protect them, this group in Blackpool, United Kingdom are seen playing games with an infected person who has reanimated. It was found on the pre war social media platform known as "Facebook"

NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden photographed in early 2013. He fled to Russia at the height of the Great Panic just as the FBI were focusing on the manhunt for Scott Breckendrige. Upon arriving in Russia, Snowden and his wife soon disappeared from the public eye. He reemerged in 2018 as a volunteer for the Holy Russian Army. The U.S. government has repeatedly called for Russia to extradite Snowden, but Tsar Putin has denied such requests.
Possibly the most famous capture of the battle of Yonkers. A still caltured here from a helmet cam of an undead soldier found wandering the streets with his lungs hanging out of his mouth, shows a blurry but haunting image of the detonation of thermobaric weapons on sawmill river parkway. As seen in the image, the undead cocontinued to pour through the smoke and flames. 3 weeks later after the battle, the entire eastern United States was abandoned by the US Millitary in a mass retreat to a new defensive line in the rocky mountains.

Many individuals like the one seen here were bitten and went into hiding, only to reanimate and thus be trapped within their hiding areas. In the middle of The Great Panic, somehow miraculously, news outlets were somehow still publishing newspaper media to the public. The front page of a publication of The Chicago Tribune seen here shows a swarm of the undead making it's through the city.
Amazingly, the entire Chicago Tribune publishing offices were able to barricade themselves off from the undead for the entire duration of the war, and printed stories to keep its occupants entertained. The entire collection of these stories is now available in a volume of 26 books, with each book containing a collection of stories that are not related to the undead (as a means of keeping the survivors minds off the ever grim hostilities they faced) . The series is titled "We Shall Grow Old" and 50% of profits are donated yearly to post war charities that aid in the fight against the undead.

The Brentwood Gazzette, a local newspaper in the United Kingdom, reports the use of martial law under a state of Emergency across the entire Great British Isles. Initial attempts to stop Solanum entering the United Kingdom proved to fail after all sea, air and land/rail traffic from the channel tunnel were blocked from entering UK borders.

The Scottish Highlands are thought to be the worst affected areas in the UK due to the mass immigration to the north during the Great Panic and has been declared a white zone due to high numbers of the infected roaming the mountains of the north.

Trained by US counterparts, Iraqi SF units would have to deal with growing separatists insurgencies (especially in northern and western parts of the country) and the ongoing zeks threat (this latter would eventually overrun major iraqi cities). Today various surviving members of Iraqi SF have remained loyal to the Iraqi Gov in exil, despite the total anarchy who rules over post WWZ-Middle East.

Due to his close proximity to mankind, it have been shown that great apes can contract and transmit solanum virus to others fellow apes (and probably to human populations). In accordance with biosafety regulations, various sick or supposed to be individuals were shot dead by competent authorities. Today, Great apes population is supposed to be extinct, due to both effects of Solanum virus and efforts of governements to stop infections in the early stages of WWZ.
