Which places of Belgium could be safe zones? The Ardennes, or Dinant (if you blow brigdes and build a wall in the city...)

You know, I never played Zombi-U because of the whole "you die, you're dead, now jump to a new person" gimmick. If the game won't let me care and connect to my character, why should I invest?
