Yes. The vampires are invisible to the zombies which they call the "sub-dead". The zombie apocalypse is a threat to them since it threatens to wipe out their food supply: humans.

Refugee camp in Mount Manunggal Camp Site, Barangay Balamban, Cebu, Philippines. The camp site, near the iconic Mount Manunggal, was made into a safe zone since it was high up in the mountains of Cebu and very far from the urban center. No zombies were spotted here for the duration of the war.
