You can treat the Manchu State in different ways in different ways, but it cannot be denied that the most powerful film industry in East Asia is located there (after the Japanese, of course). All film production is essentially controlled by the Manchukuo Film Association Ltd. In fact, however, it is controlled by the Japanese, but is aimed at serving the Manchurian and Chinese markets, perceiving the island audience as an auxiliary one.
