This picture shows the arranged masses of Wehrmacht infantry and Stormguard footmen as they stand at attention before. A triple set of the CGU national flag, affectionately termed the Erdefahne
, or "Earth-flag", sits in the background. Although, the official speech on the public declaration of War does not occur until later that night. The vast parade and marches last all through the day and on into the evening, until the midnight speech by Maximilian.
