Gangland vs. Kaiserreich
Alphonse Gabriel Capone, America’s so-called “Emperor of Crime”, head of the Great Lakes Syndicate, and the most wanted man in the Kaiserreich during its occupation of the American Union State.
Alphonse Gabriel Capone, sometimes known by the nickname "Scarface", was an American mobster, crime boss, and businessman who attained notoriety during the Prohibition era as the co-founder and boss of the Chicago Outfit. The Outfit was having smooth sailing until the Germans invaded America, particularly because the Germans and their puppets ended Prohibition.
After the invasion, Capone’s criminal empire quickly expanded, despite its losses, to engulf the entire Great Lakes region and became the Great Lakes Syndicate (though the Syndicate’s influence was felt throughout the then-former AUS). Throughout the entire German occupation and the vitalists’ war to reclaim America, the Syndicate would run guns and other supplies to the Vitalist Allied Forces as well as provide intelligence to the them (often at a price or deal of some sort). Additionally, the Syndicate’s gangster foot soldiers often engaged the Germans and their puppets in guerrilla, as well as urban, warfare and committed acts of terrorism (mainly against military targets).
