When the war began, most of the German Navy would remain loyal to the central Government, which the Reichsmarine would play a role of subduing Rohmist forces in the Northwestern Coastal Regions of Germany and would mainly be based at Wilhelmshaven as their other bases would be overtake by the SA forces. Here, the Schleisen and Schleswig-Holstein Pre-Dreadnoughts are sailing towards Hamburg to bombard both SA and Anarchist troops in that general region.

By the close of 1934, the Reichswehr would cause a few defeats to their enemies in Berlin, Thuringia, Saxony, Upper Silesia, and in Rostock. However, they would be defeated in East Prussia and in the Hamburg region to both SA and Anarchist forces. The Monarchists would lose their forces in East Prussia and Saxony, but would hold their positions in Bavaria and in Baden-Wurttemburg. The Anarchists would hold on to their city from repeated SA and Reichswehr attacks. The Communists would lose some ground to both the SA and Reichswehr, but at the same time, would inflict some defeats onto the SA forces.
