Agreed. Then again the whether or not the general public would see those films is up for debate.
I thought the movie overall was pretty good mostly because I never seen the original movie.
As a person who grew up on the 1992 original, I enjoyed both of them.
Well it was better than the Lion King at least.
Also you have my condolences...
True... Though they'd probably have more potential to be long term classics than the remakes.
Generally I don't really like them outside of a few bits or pieces.
Never seen that one also didn’t really like Disney movies when I was going up.
Texas soldiers guard a town in Coahuila from cartel attacks. Something of note here is the soldier's use of the M16, an American weapon, while the standard issue rifle for Texan Military personnel is the M416.
(The KKK Vs Vampire)
Among the many vile hate groups that fight the war against progress both in vampire and human rights is the no other than the KKK. A terror group that originally was created just to terrorize blacks in America have expanded their disgusting acts to vampires and other supernaturals.
One of the first act against vampires would come only a week after vampires came out to the world in 1953. The Alabama BackStreet Church was one of the only black churches in south at that time that would let vampires worship among them. It would be bomb on Sunday and by Tuesday...
The chapter of the klan along with police officers suspected of being in on it Where killed and hung from the tree. On the chapter leader body cut into his chest read
“For every drop of blood you spill from us, we shall poor gallons into the streets until the river run red with blood” this is belived to have been hand write by the local vampire leader Arch Queen Lisabella.
Described as spiteful at best and as a cold and hateful monster who only seek power above everything she responded quickly with a show of force killing the klan leader and ordering her men to take out the families if needed. Although not a sanguinary she did turn a blind eye if they attacked klan or any other hate group.
Klan members would set up secret community portals around small cities and town which will would be known as sundown town because if a black or a vampire would be there after sundown they would be dead or dust by the morning.
Many police and local politicians join these group or the ACA who would declare open war on the klan in the early 60’s.
Many blacks and new vampires would join groups like the black panther party lead by Master Vampire Huey Newton or similar groups during the mid to late sixty which conflicted with their makers who were more loyal to the vampires war lords or kings or presidents who mostly advocated nonviolence.

An vampire poet being protected by guards.
Although most of these things was said by her ex Dracula so take it with a grain of salt.
No More Nowhere: Phoenix from the Ashes.
The flag of Phoenix, a large survivor community located within what used to have been the state of Kansas.
Images of the large refugee camp/town which would eventually evolve into the community of Phoenix. The community would fall under the sway of a man by the name of Alvin McDonald, whom would promise to them both a return to normality and a brave new world which they were to do their own part in.
Among the mottos of Phoenix, the most common one is "From the Ashes we Arise". Funnily enough, Alvin McDonald was inspired to call the town Phoenix due to the name being engraved on his fathers lighter.
The founder and long time de facto leader of Phoenix Alvin McDonald, a pre nuclear war conman and swindler, he was in travelling through Kansas when the missiles began to fly in 1979, miraculously surviving the strike within a tornado shelter. It is argued that behind every great man there is a great woman. In McDonalds case it would be his wife and the "First Lady of Phoenix" Evelin Dory.
Evelin Dory, the lone survivor of her family, whom were mortally wounded in the Kansas bombing. She and McDonald would meet post bombing, and despite the fact that there was said to have been "No love between them" the two would marry, some post war historians speculating they married because the people of Phoenix had perceived them as being a power couple, and McDonald seeing a potential benefit from this.
The historical joint US-Soviet Moon landing
Reminds me of something from the dream thread.

A close up photograph of the Japanese giant robot and superhero Gigantor otherwise known as Tetsujin 28 (Seen making his iconic pose), whom made his first appearance during the Great Hanshin earthquake of 1995, where he was reported to have saved countless numbers of civilians during that great tragedy.
Since the earthquake, the robot has made countless appearances, such as during the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, and arguably more famously during the 2nd Korean War, after the North Korean backed terrorist attack of Toshima in 2013, as well as the Norths invasion of the South.
Man, this would be make an awesome book idea.
So in this world, are vampires members of clans with nominal allegiance to the US? Are vampires, like black Americans, divided between moderate activists (MLK and Bayard Rustin) and anti-government radicals (Elijah Muhammad and Bobby Seale)
Allegiances depends on the clan a lot vampire clans or nations operate kinda like gangs mixed with an government. Also I have been writing the story on the righter forums you can check it out if you want.
So they are like Native American tribes? Nominal self-government but they must follow American diplomacy and foreign policy?
No More Nowhere: Eureka!
Despite Australia not seeing much nuclear attacks, like all other countries across the globe it would erupt into chaos and anarchy. Seen above is the post nuclear flag of Ballarat Victoria, which would soon declare itself as the capital of the "Free Nation of Eureka".
Sir Henry Winneke, the 21st Governor of Victoria would lead up until his death in 1982, after which the chief police commissioner of Victoria would take charge.
Mick Miller (Seen on the far left) would become a well loved leader of the Free Nation of Eureka, leading by example and heading many military missions to the surrounding states, making allies with many of the surviving local governments.
Most vampire kingdoms are not recognized by the US as legitimate or known by government or the public. Although some kingdoms works for the government it kinda complicated.
